In 2022, I was an eCommerce manager with a good paycheck and a life that looked right from the outside. Inside, I couldn't get off the couch. The things that used to light me up had stopped. I was overriding every signal my body was giving me.

Then I found Human Design. And it gave language to what I'd always felt — that I was wired differently. That my curiosity, my shortcuts, my need to follow what lit me up?
